Terms and Conditions
It is important that you read the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Passion De Florists & Gifts

Currency
All the price on Passion De Florists & Gifts are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) and United States dollars (USD).

Payment
We acept major Credit / Debit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard.
We also accept internet banking by eNETS & corporate cheque payments.
Credit / Debit card details may be furnished to us via phone , fax or online. Orders and payment must be received in full no later than the appropriate ordering deadlines
Once your payment has been authorized by the bank, your order details will be sent to us.
Please note that placement of an order, confirmation e-mail of placement of an order, or the authoriszation of paymetn of an order do not constitute acceptance of an order. Orders, once received can be accepted or rejected. We will notifly you by e-mail / fax / phone if the reject or cancel an order, giving the reasons why and notification of any charges incurred.

Acceptance of Your Order
Once you have placed your order, your will be sent an auto-response e-mail from our shopping system. This simply confirms our system is aware of your order. It does not establish a contract. Once we are able to check and authorize your orde we will send you and "Order Acceptance" cnfirmation either via e-mail or phone. This will confirm our acceptance of your order and intended date of delivery. At times, due to short lead times and / or during busy period, the e-mail may reach you after delivery has be effected. The sending of the e-mail to you does not necessarily mean that we not encounter problems with your order at a later stage. Any problem will be notified to you by e-mail or phone, we require an urgent response from you to resolve the issue.

Amendments of Order
Any amendments tot the order must be made as soon as possible. Usually phone is the most effective way.
If the order has already been processed, amendments may incur extra charges. It may not always be possible to make changes youy requested especially if the order has been processed
