Free Delivery
Free delivery only for item purchase at SGD$50 an above in Singapore main island.
Additional surcharges will be imposed for deliveries outside Singapore main island such as, Palau Ubi, Palau Tekong, Sentosa and more.
Our delivery does not cover the restricted areas within in Singapore such as:
Army Camps, Airport (restricted Areas), PSA Ports and more.
Confirmation of Delivery
If you have paid and requested for "Confirmation of Delivery" , it will be sent to you by e-mail or fax, once the Delivery Order reaches us from our delivery men.
Absence of Recipient
Should the intended recipient not available at the delivery address given, the product will be returned to Passion De Florists & Gifts. A card will be left at delivery address to inform the recipient that a delivery has been attempted and our contact details.
Failed Delivery
If an attempted delivery fails (such as the wrong address specified on the order), we reserve the right to charge addititonal cost to re-deliver. There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.
Redivery Policies
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of SGD$20 will be applicable. If re-delivery is made on the next working day, we shall, at our discretion replace all perishable items, such as flowers, fruits , cakes and more. These replacements shall be charged as appropriately.
Passion De Florists & Gifts reserved the rights to replace any item / items of equivalent or higher value. |
